In the world of bed tents and play tents, perhaps the only thing better than getting a kid a tent is getting them a tent AND a tunnel. Tunnels are great since they make getting into the structure half the fun. Several examples of tent and tube / tunnel combinations are shown below:
Please keep in mind that most kids play tents and tunnels are for indoor use: they typically aren’t waterproof nor of the extra heavy duty construction that an outdoor tent needs. Still most are quite durable and likely to give kids many hours of enjoyment.
Some other features to be on the look out for when selecting kids play tents and tunnels are how well the tunnel attaches to the tent, the size of the tunnel and tent, the styling, and ease of assembly.
